This is a newly program created 2 years ago that runs from October to March. Many families are struggling with balancing homework and after school sport program. As kids get older, their homework increases, while the same time they want to play their favorite sport which is soccer. There is a real value in allowing children to apply themselves to athletics and other extra curricular activities. In addition to the many health benefits of being active, there is also much to be learned on a soccer field that supplements what happens in the classroom. For instance, young soccer players can get a crash course in the importance of working as a team, training to master new skills, developing effective strategies, and setting goals. Better yet, all of these lessons can actually help improve kids’ grades and study habits. This program is designed for Elementary, Junior High and High school students. Every day before they play soccer some tutors and instructors are present to help them do their homework before the game.
SRSA offers help in Science, Social Science, Mathematics, Reading, Writing, Publishing, Performing Poetry and many other subjects. Beside homework, players will learn a new soccer skill every single month from October to March!
This will include SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS and BALANCE activities which not only help with soccer but are applicable to all sports.
Skills After School is a fun after school club where participants learn all of the key skills required to be successful in the game of soccer while completing their homework.
This program offers: a fun, educational and engaging training environment under the direction of professionally certified and energetic staff. We have limited enrollment number of participants for maximum attention. This is a fun and dynamic curriculum that promises to challenge all skill levels.
